It’s not like this year wasn’t crazy enough, from net neutrality to Newsweek, from Androids to iPads. We saw the deaths of Google Buzz and Google Wave as Facebook inexorably tightened its hold on the social Internet. There were big cuts at Gannett, McClatchy, CBS News, and more, as well as the cuts resulting from the merger of the Honolulu Advertiser and the Honolulu Star-Bulletin.
