Obama isn’t a stranger to being the target for musical spoofs on YouTube. From being songified in Schmoyoho’s ‘OBAMA SINGS KICK ASS SONG?!?!’ to an Obama Single Ladies spoof and a T.I Dead and Gone Spoof, there are no shortage of Obama musical hits on YouTube. However, it has been awhile since a full-length music-video spoof starring an Obama impersonator has hit the web. That’s why it came as a surprise that not one, but two, Obama musical spoofs hit YouTube this month. And even more surprisingly, they are both actually good.

Obama! A Modern U.S. President

The first of the two musical spoofs uploaded this month is Obama’s response to the country’s accusations that he is not living up to expectations. The lyrics and tune are a parody of Gilbert and Sullivan’s ‘Major-General’s Song’ from the Pirates of Penzance and are oh so funny. Can you believe Obama is not only doing his job as President, but is also picking up stinky doggy poop? This video has been viewed over 600,000 times since its upload on October 11.

Baracka Flacka Flames – Head of The State – NSFW

This parody is a little more of the “not safe for work” variety. It spoofs Waka Flocka’s ‘Hard in the Paint’. This video is much less of a political commentary than ‘A Modern U.S. President’ and many people are even calling it offensive. However, offensive sells when it comes to viral and this video has already gotten more views than this month’s other Obama musical spoof, and it has only been online for five days. Do you think that Baracka Flacka Flames is entertaining or offensive?
