NYT Is Selling Its Regional Media Group

The buyer, Halifax Media Group, posted a list of all the papers it owns—and NYT Regional Media Group papers are on the list.

The page was taken down, says Jim Romenesko, but he has a screengrab.

The company has confirmed that those papers are indeed on the block, and that it is in “advanced discussions” with Halifax Holdings Media.

The Regional Media Group is made up of these papers:

Sarasota Herald-Tribune in Sarasota, Fla.; The Press Democrat in Santa Rosa, Calif.;
