The New York City Subway is one of the most entertaining places on earth. From strange overheard conversations and arguments to singers and dancers trying to make a dollar to weirdoes and crazies galore, you never know what's going to happen when you step foot through the sliding doors. Inspired by some recent YouTube subway shenanigans, we've put together a list of the top 10 NYC Subway videos. Enjoy and stand clear of the closing doors. Subway Running 'Subway Running' was the video that inspired me to put together this list. It shows that, if you run fast enough through the subway train in the opposite direction of which the train is travelling, you can stay in one place. Pretty impressive, if you ask me. No Pants Subway Ride 2011 This month Improv Everywhere uploaded their annual No Pants Subway Ride to YouTube. Every year, the public pranks group gets a bunch of New Yorkers together to ride the subway in their underwear. It never ceases to be hilarious. Star Wars Subway Car Being based in NYC, it's no surprise that Improv Everywhere has used the Subway for a number of their pranks. Their video Star Wars Subway Car is definitely one of my faves. Everything is OK on the New York Subway Welcome aboard the Happy Carriage! These guys call themselves the "Love Police" and use a megaphone to fight terror and increase love by making people happy on the NYC Subway. This video makes me smile. I think more people should try to put smiles on the faces of random strangers. "Take Me Out" by Atomic Tom LIVE on the NYC subway In this video the band Atomic Tom busts out with a subway performance of "Take Me Out" on their iPhones. I love iMusic! Human Mirror Here's another awesome subway prank from Improv Everywhere. This time they got 15 pairs of identical twins together to create a human mirror on the 6-train. I like that one of the passengers on the train assumed that there might be a twin conference going on. Double passengers all the way across the train!! Sexy Pole Dance Girls in NYC Subway What else are all the poles on the subway for if not pole dancing? Rat Wakes Up Homeless Man Not much gets to New Yorkers. This guy goes right back to sleep after a huge rat waked him up on the subway. Blue Man Group - Subway Video This Blue Man Group video is awesome, and that's all I have to say about that. NYC Subway Gets Rick Roll'd Rickrolling has been one of the biggest Internet phenomena in recent years. Acappella group On The Rocks takes rickrolling off the web and rickrolls the NYC subway.
