NY Times Staffers Answer Thanksgiving Questions

If you’ve got questions about preparing Thanksgiving dinner, The New York Times has answers. Sam Sifton, the Times’ food editor; Melissa Clark, a food columnist; and Eric Asimov, a wine critic, are all answering questions on the Times’ Facebook page right now.

A quick example: One person asked for the best way to cook two large turkeys. “Yes, definitely cook them at the same time if they will both fit in your oven and if you have 2 roasting pans,” replied Clark.
