NY Times Relaunches Real Estate App

The New York Times has revamped its iOS Real Estate app for the first time since 2007. The new version combines Times real estate content with various properties that you definitely won’t be able to afford. You can afford the app though! Because it’s free.

Other highlights from the updated app, according to the Times:

  • Clean, easy to navigate brokerage contact forms
  • A new mortgage calculator
  •  Maps for viewing property locations and directions
  • The ability to save properties of interest to view later
  • Share tools including e-mail and Twitter
  • One-touch dialing and one-touch e-mail tools to contact real estate agents quickly and easily
  • Continuously updated sales activity and nearby school information for properties in New York City
