NY Times Makes Changes to Business Desk

A few role changes.

The New York Times has shuffled some people around at its Business desk. Details are below.

  • International business editor Adrienne Carter is moving to London in the spring. “By being posted in London, Adrienne will be better poised to help lead the European report in real-time, while also avoiding some of those very late and very early phone calls with Hong Kong editors and reporters,” wrote Times business editor Dean Murphy, in a memo.
  • Conor Dougherty is joining the economics team as a reporter based in San Francisco.
