NY Mag Calls Out Chuck Todd
New York Magazine called out MSNBC’s Chuck Todd for leaving an obvious observation out of an otherwise astute political commentary.
Todd compares the 2004 field of Democratic primary candidate to this election cycle’s potential crop of Republicans, comparing for example John Edwards to John Thune (both handsome senators without much legislative accomplishment) and Joe Lieberman to Sarah Palin (ex-VP nominees mistrusted by some in their parties). Then he turns to a comparison of Herman Cain and Al Sharpton: “long-shots who grab headlines.”
