NY Daily News CEO Marc Kramer Leaving

NY Daily News staffers learned today, via memo, that Marc Kramer is leaving his position as the paper’s CEO, to be replaced by William Holiber. Holiber is also currently the president and CEO of U.S. News and World Report.

The memo describes Kramer’s reason for leaving as the result of a desire to “pursue other opportunities.”

Mort Zuckerman’s memo, via Gawker, appears after the jump.
