ONLINE Reuters: News Corp. will introduce "micro payments" for articles and premium subscriptions to The Wall Street Journal's Web site. "We've been concerned about the needless use of 'on-background' briefings when it comes to sharing straightforward information," AP spokesman Paul Colford said. REVOLVING DOOR Sean Gibbons has been named Director of Communications for Third Way and according to the release, he'll develop and manage the organization's brand and visibility in the media and progressive community. Gibbons comes to Third Way from the Center for American Progress and prior to that, worked in Washington as a producer for CNN. JOBS Georgetown University is looking for an Associate Dean.
