ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy placed a distant second

The twang of country music reverberated through Facebook and Twitter during the week of Nov. 6.

The 51st Annual CMA Awards on ABC tallied 5.249 million interactions across the two social networks, topping the Nielsen Social Content Ratings list of TV series and specials.

ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy placed a distant second, with 713,000 total interactions on Facebook and Twitter, followed by The Walking Dead on AMC (647,000).

On the sports side, Fox’s National Football League match-up of the Dallas Cowboys losing to the host Atlanta Falcons led the way with 3.562
