New York Times Releases Kindle Fire App

The New York Times has released an app for the fancy Kindle — the Kindle Fire — with free access to content through July 31. After that, just like the Times website, all cheapskates will be prompted to pay up after viewing three free articles per day. Times subscribers with the digital package will have complete access to the app.

The Fire app offers pretty much what you’d expect: offline reading, the ability to save articles across digital platforms, sharing options, and more.
