New York Road Runners Seeks New Director of Consumer Marketing

Are you willing to go the extra mile? New York Road Runners is looking for a new director of consumer marketing, runner services and members. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day stewardship of the NYRR brand, including all aspects of marketing, planning and implementation to drive brand growth.

If hired, some of your tasks will include developing NYRR consumer marketing strategy, analyzing trends in the marketplace and managing product development. As far as runner services go, you’ll be expected to elevate internal customer service capabilities, while leveraging market research to generate value for members.

To be considered, you should have 10 years of marketing experience on the property, agency or client side, in addition to experience in customer relationship management and database marketing.
