New Nook Coming Soon?
Barnes & Noble Inc. is reportedly set to unveil a new eReader on May 24th. This comes only a week or so after Barnes & Noble upgraded the software of the Nook Color eReader.
We contacted Barnes & Noble to find out more, and they sent us the following statement from a filing with the SEC: “In a meeting with investor analysts on May 4, 2011, Barnes & Noble, Inc. (the ‘Company’) indicated it expects to make an announcement on May 24, 2011 regarding the launch of a new eReader device.”
