New App Lets Parents Spy On Their Kids At College

In an attempt to help parents keep an eye on their kids who have just gone away to college, the D.C.-based startup csMentor has created an app that lets parents track their kids when they go away to college for the first time.

The way it works is that students use the app to take regular quizzes about life on campus and their school work.  The app analyzes these responses once a week and sends a recap to parents based on general results, not their kid’s specific responses.
