Netflix Expanding to Latin America

The service will be available in 43 new countries

Netflix announced today that its video streaming service is expanding to 43 countries throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

In a statement on the company’s blog, vp of marketing Jessie Becker said, “Netflix members in the U.S. and Canada have really taken to watching instantly, and we feel great about being able to offer the same combination of convenience, choice, and value to people in Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.”

Netflix subscribers in the region will be able to access the website in Spanish, Portuguese, or English, and as in the U.S.,
