NBC MTP's Fischer Thumps ABC's Tapper
It’s not blatant, but NBC “MTP” Executive Producer Betsy Fischer took a swipe at ABC’s “This Week” hosted by fill-in host Jake Tapper.
On Sunday she wrote on Twitter, “Announcement at end of @MeetthePress – next up for our 2012 Meet the Candidates series … Jon Huntsman – LIVE and IN STUDIO – Next Sunday!”
The all-caps LIVE and IN STUDIO is a ding at Tapper, who had an interview with presidential hopeful Huntsman first this past Sunday though it wasn’t live or in studio.
