NationalJournal.com will launch a new feature in September that will be available exclusively to Capitol Hill staffers.
National Journal Group described 3121 as a secure tool for work, collaboration and communication and said the professional networking tool will include a dynamic online contact directory, communications tools and customizable news feeds.
