National Press Club Set to Add Bloggers to Class of Members
The June 22nd edition of National Press Club’s Record says the club’s Board of Governors will recommend to the general membership, a number of changes to the club’s Constitution and bylaws for final passage at a special meeting Monday, July 13, at 6:30 p.m.
Standing out among the board’s recommendations is the inclusion of bloggers as a class of members:
MEMBERSHIP
Section 1.The Club shall consist of persons whose professional qualifications and character, in the judgment of the Board of Governors shall warrant their election to any one of the following classifications:(a.)
WORK SMARTER - LEARN, GROW AND BE INSPIRED.
