National Journal Hires Jim Tankersley
Another day, another hire for the National Journal Group: Jim Tankersley will join as an economic correspondent.
Tankersley was formerly at the Tribune Washington Bureau, covering energy, the environment, and politics for newspapers like the Los Angeles Times and the Chicago Tribune. He also covered politics for The Blade (he won the 2007 Livingston Award for Young Journalists for his work there) in Toledo, the Rocky Mountain News in Denver, and The Oregonian in Portland.
