Myspace, Google Announce Multiyear Extension

Google will continue to power search and search advertising on Myspace, and the search giant will add display-advertising services, under terms of a multiyear extension between the two companies, announced Thursday.

Google will provide Web search, search advertising, and full display-ad solutions, including participation in the Google Display Network and DoubleClick Ad Exchange.

Myspace chief revenue officer Nada Stirratt said:

We’re thrilled about renewing our partnership with Google. Their best-in class technology will continue to provide our consumers with a robust search experience.
