Now, now…It’s not really as bad as it sounds (see the full release here), but we suspect that when DC journalists saw that headline in their email, a resounding “Wha, wha, WHA?!? Say it ain’t so!” rang from cubicles everywhere.
Maybe it’s that acknowledgement of futility that turns so many of us to drink.
