Polling and media firm Morning Consult starts the new year by bringing on three editorial staff hires, announced editor in chief Meghan McCarthy in an email to staff this morning. Details are below:
- Cameron Easley is the new, and first, managing editor for Morning Consult. He comes over from CQ Roll Call, where he had also been managing editor.
- Jack Fitzpatrick, who will cover energy, comes to Morning Consult from National Journal, where he was a staff correspondent and reported on House races for NJ Hotline.
