Monster Adds Social Connections to Job Board
Monster updated its jobs board a few days ago when it added a “friends” connection. Essentially, this allows its members to view who they know at companies who post jobs on the site.
Here’s how it works: If you’re looking for a job on Monster, there’s a “see who you know” feature. With one click of a mouse, a list pops up full of the BeKnown connections who currently work at the company you’re looking into.
