Mobile Discovery Adds EZCodes to Ad Platform

Mobile marketing tech firm Mobile Discovery is adding 2D barcodes to its Connected Media Platform through a partnership with Scanbuy.

Connected Media lets advertisers create, deploy and track integrated online and offline campaigns using SMS short codes, keyword search, image recognition and now Scanbuy’s EZcodes 2D barcodes. With EZcodes, consumers scan the barcode in a print ad with a compatible camera phone and get immediate access to product info, downloadable content or even conduct a mobile commerce transaction.
