The Constitution Project hosts a recap of the term at 2 p.m. tomorrow.
We know SCOTUS withdrawal can hit hard. That 10 a.m. spot–previously spent on SCOTUSblog breathlessly awaiting some decision on something from that leak-free fortress, social media accounts prepped to quote the latest Scalia zinger or comment on a Kennedy-led upset–is now just another glory-less hour of the morning.
Tomorrow brings an opportunity for one final hurrah. The bipartisan Constitution Project is hosting a recap of the 2014-15 term from 2:00-3:30 pm in Room 2226 at the Rayburn House Office Building.
