Mini-Podcast 23: Noise Free Recordings Using an iPad, Camera Connection Kit, & Noise Cancelling Headset

If you watched some of my recent iPad 2 video recording tests, you probably noticed the loud wind related noise in those videos. That problem got me thinking about the general issue of dealing with noise in recordings made outdoors. So, last night, I took an iPad, the Apple Camera Connection Kit USB interface, and a Microsoft Lifechat LX-3000 noise cancelling headset (with microphone) outside with winds shifting from mild to moderate speeds (up to about 15 MPH) to record a short audio podcast.
