Michelle Tan Named Editor of Seventeen
Michelle Tan has been named the new editor-in-chief of Seventeen. Tan comes to Seventeen from People, where she most recently served as special projects editor.
Tan will be reporting to Cosmo editor Joanna Coles, who was named editorial director of Seventeen in late September. Tan is succeeding Ann Shoket, who departed from Seventeen when Coles’ appointment was announced.
Tan tweeted that she was “beyond thrilled” to join Seventeen and was eager to start working with Coles.
