That meeting between Megyn Kelly and Donald Trump at his offices earlier in the month has achieved its intended result for Kelly: She will be interviewing the GOP presidential candidate.
The interview will air on May 17 as part of Megyn Kelly Presents, Kelly’s recently announced debut prime-time special for Fox. The one-hour special will air at 8:00 p.m. ET, with additional guests announced later.
Kelly’s comments regarding finally getting a sit-down with the candidate, whose open hostility to Kelly during this cycle has itself served as a source of news, were similar to how she described the April 13 meeting on her show that same day.
The major difference? Instead of “Mr.
