Media/Politician Bashing at its Finest

The 2009 Tiller Social Action Survey is out and the intention of it is to measure American’s attitudes and behaviors toward civic and charitable activities.

And the results are in: ‘Tis the season for giving, unless, apparently you’re a journalist or a politician. The survey finds that 85 percent of Americans agree that the media does not pay enough attention to peoples’ good deeds.

A “disturbing” Google tally for the past month reveals that Tiger Woods reels in 79,489 mentions compared to only 1020 stories discussing charitable giving.

Politicians are in the doghouse too.
