I Watch Stuff! has some commentary on the package design of the new “Star Wars” trilogy DVDs. They’ve taken the painted montage concept of the original packaging and bastardized it, screwing with the composition, hacking off blasters mid-blast…they even cut Mark Hamill’s hair!

It gets weirder, seeing as these DVDs are actually the old versions of the movies–Han shoots first, no extended-remix performance at Jabba’s palace–which would make even more sense to show the low-fi versions of the packaging.
