Maxim has named Dan Ragone publisher, group media president. He comes to the magazine from Interview, where he served as president and publisher since 2010.
Prior to Interview, Ragone served as Elle’s vp, managing director and Elle Décor’s publisher.
“Maxim has rapidly transformed as an aspirational and inspirational brand,” said Maxim owner and editor Sardar Biglari, in a statement. “Dan is a welcome addition to the team, noting that Maxim continues to build momentum as the leading voice in men’s luxury lifestyle.”
