Mark Zuckerberg's Original FaceMash.com Domain Up For Sale

Want to own the domain name of Mark Zuckerberg’s original Harvard project which compared female Havard students to each other and let users vote on which one was more attractive? A domain squatter has picked up the domain name after Zuckerberg apparently let it expire.

Thanks to all the coverage, the owner of the domain has also more than quadrupled the “Buy Now” price despite getting no bid so far. While I’m not sure the domain alone is worth all that much, it’s most definitely an interesting component of internet history.
