Mandated Condom Use in Porn May Be on 2012 LA Ballot
Faced with city council abandonment of the issue, AIDS activists are attempting to get a measure to mandate condom use in porn films on the 2012 Los Angeles ballot. The LA Times reports that making the ballot measure happen would require activist to round up “41,138 qualifying signatures, (15% of all votes cast in the last mayoral election) by Dec. 23.”
We’ll see if they can pull it off. We’ll also see if this could this be the issue that finally inspires Valley secession.
