Microsoft announced major updates for its Android and iPhone Bing apps this week. Quite frankly, Bing’s Android and iPhone version have many more features than its counterpart for Microsoft’s own Windows Phone 7.

Here’s what’s new for the iPhone:

– Streamlined Homepage
– Find the Perfect Restaurant: Refine searches on the fly
– Search, Find, Decide and Book: Using OpenTable or Grubhub
– See Before You Go: Use “Streetside” (think Google Streetview)
– Check-in: Also updates Facebook, Foursquare, Windows Live Messenger status
– Plan: Share local search results on Facebook Wall
– Location based reminders
– Real-time transit updates for Boston, San Francisco, and Seattle
– Voice Search
– Bing Vision: Search using phone’s camera
