Cool, organic idea. For a special Collector’s Edition of U.K.’s Love magazine, famed photographer Mert Alas has shot a 10-page spread of Madonna at the 58-year-old icon’s home in Hampstead. The twist? The photos were taken at 2 a.m. without the usual make-up, hair or styline.
The cover image was teased earlier this week by both Love and Madonna herself, via Instagram. From the magazine’s tease:
“In early 2016, the media was obsessing over the discord in Madonna’s relationship with her son Rocco,” says editor in chief Katie Grand.
