Lynx Equity acquires Facebook PMD Majestic Media

Majestic Media, a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer in apps, was recently acquired by Toronto-based private equity firm Lynx Equity. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Majestic Media helps major companies such as Infiniti, Nissan, Gatorade and Virgin Mobile with their Facebook apps. The company was founded 5 years ago by Mario Zelaya, who feels that this will be a good move for the long-term health of the company:
