The latest inane 2016 presidential news thread has begun.
A report over the weekend that the canine mayor of a small Kentucky town plans to “announce” her candidacy for the 2016 presidential election has been picked up by AP, New York magazine, Complex and others.
If Lucy Lou’s owner carries through on the announcement threat Sept. 5, it will maintain a long history of media coverage for the border collie. From the official bio:
