LivingSocial Interviews 20 People A WEEK

LivingSocial is really hiring, to the tune of screening 20 or more candidates in person per week, Business Insider says.

This is after the candidates have already done a phone interview. which means they’re getting a decent number of applications.

According to Business Insider, the candidates are flown in, eat breakfast, and take part in a day of interviews. These are sales positions, so the first interview is to test the candidates’ sales acumen. Then there’s a culture interview, even more important: “”The individual who does the culture interview has veto rights,” HR veep Jennifer Trzepacz told BI.

But at the end of the day, there’s no suspense.
