Now You Can Give Your LinkedIn Profile Picture a Makeover

LinkedIn introduced six photo filters, along with the ability to crop photos and adjust lighting

Profile pictures are one of the first things LinkedIn users see, and the professional network just released some tools in its mobile application to make sure those profile pictures put their best faces forward.

Product manager Anwesha Jalan announced in a blog post that LinkedIn introduced six photo filters, along with the ability to crop photos and adjust lighting by editing brightness, contrast, saturation and vignette.

Jalan wrote:

Not only does your profile photo help you get recognized on LinkedIn, it can often help you connect to opportunity, whether that’s a new job or an invitation to speak at an industry event.
