Lindsay Lohan Is Going To Jail
The actress is going to the big house for violating the terms of her probation, which stemmed from drunk driving charges in 2007. She was sentenced this afternoon in a Beverly Hills courthouse by Judge Marsha Revel to 90 days behind bars and 90 days in a substance abuse program.
Lohan burst into tears when the sentencing was handed down. She must surrender to authorities in two weeks time.
