Get Ready for a Leonard Cohen Lunch Hour

Monday Dec. 5 at Hearst Plaza.

The Monday blues will never feel so good.

On Dec. 5, from noon to 4 p.m. at Lincoln Center’s Hearst Plaza, New Yorkers will be offered the chance to gather together in memory of Leonard Cohen. Organized by Lincoln Center’s Public Programming Department and producer Hal Willner, the tribute will feature songs by Cohen played over a high-grade PA system.

The event, which is similar to the one Lincoln Center organized in honor of Lou Reed, is one of many unfolding in memory of the departed 82-year-old troubadour.
