"Last Call" for Politico's Alberta

Tim Alberta, an assistant editor and web producer who serves as Mike Allen’s primary assistant at Politico, will bid adieu to Playbook for a new job at National Journal. Alberta, who currently contributes to or edits five of the site’s eight daily tip sheets, will join NJ‘s Hotline team as editor of “Last Call,” the group’s afternoon news roundup and will report for the Hotline “On Call” blog.
