Twitter is marking International Women’s Day Friday with the #SheInspiresMe hashtag, which is being used to spark conversation, as well as to add a custom hashtag-triggered emoji to tweets.

The conversation took off early, as Lady Gaga nominated her mother, Cynthia Germanotta, who nominated Melinda Gates, who nominated Ava Duvernay.
