Washington Free Beacon Gains One
Lachlan Markay, currently an investigative reporter at the conservative Heritage Foundation think tank, is jumping ship to join the Washington Free Beacon. He starts his new gig as a staff writer next Tuesday.
“Lachlan’s investigative work at Heritage has helped us uncover some major scoops,” Rob Bluey, digital media director at Heritage said in an internal memo obtained by FishbowlDC. “Of our 14 links on Drudge last year, Lachlan had nine, including the most-read report Heritage produced last year.
