LA Times Reporter Gets Power Outage Scoop the Hard Way
A 10-minute power outage hit Downtown Los Angeles today, affecting City Hall, LAPD headquarters and the LA Times building. According to the Times‘ Andrew Blankstein, it looks like the outage hit the criminal courts building too.
