Kornheiser Starting To Look Silly?
Chris Simmons, who’s with Virginia’s Daily News-Record posts an interesting note on Romenesko’s forum:
With guys like Tony Kornheiser in the business, it’s easy to see why many journalists consider Sports the Toy Department. Can you image Bob Woodward accusing a critical book reviewer at the Post of backstabbing him? Or calling the reviewer a “two-bit weasel slug”? Kornheiser obviously expected the Post to kiss his ass. Fortunately, the paper had enough guts to instruct Paul Farhi to produce an honest critique.
