Kate Rados Named Digital Director at Chelsea Green

Kate Rados, formerly Director, Digital Markets at Sterling, has been named Director of Digital Initiatives at Chelsea Green, a newly created post. She will determine the overall digital strategy for the company, handling everything from Web and mobile strategy to social networking to digital publishing.

Rados said, “I am very energized by this opportunity. Chelsea Green is exactly what a publishing house in the digital age should be: agile, self-aware, creative, passionate, and innovative.”

Before working at Sterling, Rados worked in television, at Food Network and MTV.
