Karen Tumulty Joins WaPo National Politics
Time magazine’s national political correspondent Karen Tumulty has joined WaPo to cover national politics. At Time, Karen has written or co-authored three dozen cover stories regularly posts on Time.com’s political blog, “Swampland.”
Before joining Time, Tumulty spent 14 years at the Los Angeles Times, where she reported on Congress, business, energy and economics. She will officially start at WaPo on April 12.
