Justin.tv Launching Pay-Per-View Platform

Live-video site Justin.tv is entering the pay-per-view arena, launching a PPV platform for select content creators in January, then rolling it out across its entire network during the second quarter, Beet.TV reports.

Justin.tv will manage the authentication and payment system and take about 30% of charges as payment, or a minimum of $1 per viewing, according to Beet.TV. Owners of channels can charge on a subscription basis or for one-time views.
